Do I need to sideload?
No sideloading required. We provide a direct download link and the app installs and runs just like any app from the App Store.
What happens after I purchase?
After completing your purchase, you'll need to provide your UDID to us so we can register your device onto our account. Once your device has been approved, we'll send you a download link for the app along with the login key included with your purchase.
How long does processing take? (First Timers)
Processing typically takes between 24 to 72 hours. This timeline is set by Apple, not us.
Will I need to wait again if I buy another app or login key?
No. Once your device has been approved, all future app purchases will be available for instant download and any login key purchases will be delivered instantly.
What if I need to transfer the app to a new device?
Phone swaps as we call them, are $30 USD to transfer your apps to a new device or FREE with the purchase of another login key. You'll also need to go through the approval process again. Once your new device has been approved, all future app downloads will be available instantly.
